We are seeking .NET Developers to create new and maintain existing integrated solutions.
You must be able to work with management, user community, and customers to analyse requirements, generate technical
specifications and then develop software applications in line with company standards and long-term objectives.
You should have at least 5 Years experience designing complex systems preferably within the finance sector; work with
project timelines; ability to meet deadlines. At least 1 year experience developing in .NET environment.
You should have a working knowledge of n-tier architecture utilising web services and knowledge and understanding of
the Software Development Life Cycle.
Experience programming in VB.NET/ C# / ASP.NET. MS SQL Server knowledge mandatory, including database
design / implementation, stored procedures, reports management tools (such as SQL Reporting Services), etc.
Among other desirable qualifications are web and graphical design and knowledge of PDF creation. We are looking for
a motivated developer with strong analytical and communication skills. Must be a self-starter able to manage own
project yet work effectively in a team environment.

Business Analyst Permanent Bromsgrove - Ref:BA026
We are looking to recruit a strong Business Analyst with Insurance and Life and Pensions expertise. You will carry
out detailed analysis of business needs, requirements, impacts, scope, risks and benefits. This will involve holding
and facilitating interviews and workshops with stakeholders and key users in order to identify and further define
the business needs. Participate or lead in the development of change and implementation plans emerging from business
need and / or the resulting business cases. You will work closely with clients, mostly on client sites and internal
teams to ensure the delivery of new products and services in accordance with business needs. You will also be
responsible for the production of specification and other documents that will be used within the lifecycle of your
projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience of modern pension products and processes, systems and the pensions
lifecycle. You can work pro-actively without hands on management and can deliver high quality results within tight
and demanding timescales.
Good experience of the Financial Services market.
Experience of the full pensions lifecycle from Illustrations through to Claims - FPC3 Qualified
Fully conversant with the post A-day changes
Excellent communications and analysis skills
Experience of the end to end project lifecycle
